Being diagnosed with cancer is considered one of the most stressful experiences in life due to its life-threatening impact and the side effect of the treatment on our body.
We are more than our bodies, we are the thoughts that we have created, we are the emotional being that controls our feelings, we are the voice that fills the air, we are the creative being that improves our imagination, and we are even much more…
When in treatment our doctors take great care of our body but unfortunately many neglect the other aspects of our being.
The programs I have created contain tools that have been practiced and proved effective among different cancer patients, in reducing stress and helping them reflect inward. The goal is to help you recognize all the negative feelings you go through after your diagnosis and take steps to manage it or prevent it from getting worse.

This workshop is about tapping into your inherent creative being and leveraging your potential to heal emotionally, intellectually, and psychologically.
It is about experiencing the process of ‘making art’ as a form of self-expression when you fall short of words, it takes your mind off your negative emotions allowing you to express certain deeply hidden feelings in a healthy way and improves your outlook on the future.
Creative expression gives you a new language where you will be able to express your emotional world. This allows you to SEE what you are feeling which in turn leads to acceptance, empowerment, healing and reducing negative emotions.
It is about navigating your emotional map, understanding the source of all your negative feelings and how to overcome them. Suppressing emotions can lead to dis-ease, and our network pathways get blocked, which will stop the flow of the vital feel-good unifying chemicals that run both our biology and behavior. It is about being the boss of your fear and living to your healthiest potential. It is about changing your mindset – consciously leading your subconscious mind to where you want to be physically and emotionally and setting your intentions as if you are already there.
It is about using mindfulness tools to become curious and open to what is going on right here, right now in your mind and body. It is about living a life of self-mastery, managing your mind-set. Being mindful of your thoughts will help reduce your illness related worries and uncertainties. Using Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) tools help you stay focused on the present and not worry about the future.
It is about restoring your personal sense of balance and well-being.

Coping with your cancer journey is about much more than eliminating the tumor, it is about healing your life.
